The Jewish cementery. Montjuïc

An imagined journey through what was the community's cemetery from the 13th century onwards, located to the north of the city. This section features an illuminated panel showing the route taken by funeral processions from the Jewish Quarter to the cemetery. The gravestones displayed here bear beautiful epitaphs written in memory of the Jewish women and men who lived in the city, stones with names that are among the Museum's greatest treasures.
