Group reservations
To visit the Museum as a group, it is essential to book your visit in advance (at least 24 hours beforehand) using the booking form or by email at reserves.callgirona@ajgirona.cat.
Please note the following:
- Cancellations: Reservations must be cancelled by email at least 24 hours in advance.
- Punctuality: Please be punctual. If you are running late, please call +34 972 216 761.
Group Size
The maximum number is 25 people per group. If this number is exceeded, the group must be split and enter at 15-minute intervals. When a booking is made through a travel agency or an official guide, there is no minimum number of participants.
Payment
Payment may be made in cash or by card upon arrival. When making the reservation, companies and institutions may also request payment by bank transfer. In this case, a voucher from the agency indicating the final number of participants and billing details must be provided. After the visit, an email will be sent with the invoice and payment instructions.
Guided Tours
If you would like a guided tour of the Museum, please check our agenda to see the available activities. You may also request a private tour by contacting the Girona Tourist Guides Association or one of the private companies listed on the Tourist Office website. Please remember that only official guides are authorised to provide guided tours inside the Museum.
Audio Guides / Wi-Fi
The Museum offers free audio guides accessible through our website. You can listen to them on your own mobile devices. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Museum.
