Activities for children and families

The Museum of Jewish History offers a varied programme of educational activities for families and groups with children, with the aim of fostering curiosity about the medieval past and Jewish culture.

Throughout the year, participatory workshops, themed activities, guided tours, storytelling sessions and self-guided materials are offered so that younger visitors can discover how the former inhabitants of the Jewish Quarter of Girona lived and who they were.

The Museum of Jewish History collaborates with and promotes, together with the other local museums of Girona that are members of GironaMuseus, a number of activities linked to local festivals and events that promote culture and heritage.

Through the Network of Museums of the Girona Region, the Museum takes part in Christmas activities with the thematic "Christmas Booklet" produced by each museum in the network, in summer with the "Museum Passport", and in the various editions of "Museums Take to the Streets".
