This volume presents the history of the internal organisation of the Jewish community of Girona, from the first evidence in the 12th century until the expulsion in 1492. Drawing on both published and previously unpublished research, it seeks to explain how the Jewish community functioned, highlight the individuals who took part in its governance, and define its internal power structures.
