This resource presents information about the main defenses of the city throughout its history, especially the sieges it suffered during the 18th and 19th centuries. The resource is complemented by 4 panels located near the remains of these monumental elements.

The project
This resource was an initiative promoted by the council of Ciutadania, Participacio and Dinamitzacio del Territori, to which the History Museum of Girona has joined and has been framed in the project of "la Vora" de Girona.
