The City Hall of Girona shares part of the archive Rafael and María Santos Torroella online

The published resource is added to the documents in the Galeries Dalmau collection and includes the photographic collection, the correspondence catalogue and a third of the newspaper archive and the Santos Torroella library.

The City Hall of Girona has publicly shared part of the archive Rafael and María Teresa Santos Torroella online, under a project of digitalization of the documents and arts collection of the Museum of History of Girona. It comprises the digitalized photography collection; the catalogue of correspondence –which has yet to be digitalized–, and approximately a third of the newspaper archive and the library of the Archive and Library Santos Torroella, which was donated to the City Hall of Girona and which is actually in process of being catalogued.

All the documentation has been integrated into a [web resource] from the Municipal Archive that allows to delve in the documents and cultural legacy of the collection and supposes another step towards making publicly available the valuable document collection of Santos Torroella, of which its collection of Dalmau Galleries is already published.
